Hello from Ohio! This is my first PIC project. Just got parts together yesterday, looking forward to constructing. Stepper motor from inkjet printer to be used. Wonderful site you have. On this end, 70cm ATV since 1994, 1200 just now able to use. ATCO.TV is website here in Columbus, OH.. Great group of guys here. Also looking to use a 16F628 to control my unmanageable (tuning) Comtech boards. I'm brand new to PIC's, so adventure abounds. Thank you for making so much info. available.

I am very impressed with you ATV Repeater... I would like to use some of your circuits for my project... but instead of a DVD record active traffic to an AVI or some digital format for replay or Streaming purposes... I have downloaded your file and will be reading them intently! Thankyou for sharing... That's what REAL Hams do!

I certainly wouldn't recommend a freeview box, they receive transmissions in OFDM format which is extremely difficult to work with unless commercial equipment is used. A FreeSAT box would be more suitable but still with limitations. Tale a look at this web site for a brief guide.

I want to know as a beginner everything about atv to set up a station!!!
what is used and how the Audio is communicated to each other?
I was told about using freeview receivers but cannot find nothing about this unit and on using them
